How does the personalized plan works?
In your "Receive Results and Start Plan" session, Eddie will help you define action steps customized to your specific needs. You can choose to tackle these steps on your own or opt for extra support. We offer a "Gut Strong Membership" at $149 p/mo, it is a 3-month commitment during which Eddie will create a personalized nutrition and fitness plan and meet with you monthly to assist with plan implementation and address any questions or concerns. Plus, as an added bonus in the membership, you'll have unlimited communication through in-app messaging for ongoing support between sessions. This way, you'll have continuous guidance and assistance whenever you need it. 📲

In his third year of medical school, Eddie embarked on a transformative journey to reclaim his health.
